Yes, tarnishing is a natural reaction of 925 silver when exposed to air, moisture, sweat, or perfumes.

To reduce tarnish:

How long does production and shipping take?

Jewelry making time: approximately 13–15 days for handmade pieces.

Shipping timeline:

What is your return or exchange policy?

Since each piece is handcrafted to order, returns and exchanges are only accepted for damaged or incorrect items within 7 days. We do not offer resizing at this time.

Can you mark the package as a gift or lower the declared value?

For legal and compliance reasons, Gems n Jocales does not alter customs documentation. Orders are shipped with accurate invoices and values to ensure proper processing.

What happens if I refuse to pay the customs fee?

If customs fees are refused and the parcel is returned to us, the original shipping cost will not be refunded. Additional return shipping or restocking fees may also apply.

How can I estimate my customs charges?

Please check with your country’s customs office or postal service for a duty and tax estimate before placing an order.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

As all jewelry is handcrafted to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival.

What if my item is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

We will promptly review and offer a replacement or resolution if your claim is valid.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Order cancellations are only possible within 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the crafting process begins and cancellations are not accepted.

Do you offer size exchanges for rings?

Because each ring is made to your selected size, size exchanges are not accepted. Please refer to our Ring Size Guide before ordering to ensure the perfect fit.

Who pays for return shipping (if applicable)?

If a return is approved due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect item), we will cover return shipping. For all other situations, the customer bears shipping costs.
