SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Q: What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?

A: Processing time is the amount of time we require to process and prepare your order for shipment. Shipping time is the estimated amount of time it will take for your package to ship from our location to your address.

CUSTOM AND DUTIES(INTERNATIONAL)

There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Gems N Jocales does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind that we’re not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

You will receive an order confirmation email moments after checkout. Upon completion of us making your order, you will be sent an email with your shipment tracking information.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If there are any problems with the products, please kindly contact us, to return, refund or exchange items depending on each case, you must request an authorization by Gems n Jocales,please contact us though the message box.

Once we receive your request we will issue the case and contact you by email.

If there are any defects or mistakes made in your order, international customers are always covered under our full item replacement warranty and will not be expected to pay for any shipment charges.

Return / refund policy is not applied on the following conditions:

Items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

All items cannot be returned/ refund/ exchanged without original packaging as we consider that is part of the product.

Personalized items are one-of-a-kind, it cannot be returned/exchanged unless it is defective or damaged

WHAT IF I NOT RECEIVED ORDER ON ESTIMATED TIME?

We know how frustrating it is to order something online and not have it delivered in time. That’s why we work hard to get your order fulfilled as soon as possible – and ship it out once it ready.If your package doesn’t arrive during the estimated time period, please contact us immediately at
